1 lb Lean ground beef

1/2 c Chopped onion

8 oz Cream cheese, cubed

10 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup, can

ned, condensed 12 oz Whole kernel corn, can,

drained 2 oz Jar pimiento, drained &

chopped 1 t Salt

1 ds Pepper

1. In a large, heat resistant, non metallic bowl, brown meat, uncovered, in

Microwave Oven 4 minutes. Stir occasionally to break up meat chunks. 2. Drain excess fat.

3. Add onions and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until

onion is tender. 4. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture. Pour into a shallow, 2 quart,

heat resistant, non metallic baking dish. 5. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 9 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
