Very Disappointed!
DESCRIPTION: We were treated very badly. We had 4 giftcards and the manager was telling us that 2 of them had a zero balance. She was very rude! She made us feel like we were stupid. When we told our aunt (she gave them to us as a Christmas present) she was upset and she called the manager herself. The manager told her that we did not know what we were doing or know what we had! We are not children and we could not help it if somewhere down the line someone messed something up. That is now twenty dollars we are out of. We have been customers for years. This was such a horrible experience that we never care if we walk into another Hometown restaurant again! [submitted 07 Feb 2004]

DESCRIPTION: Yum!!! I love this restaurant, especially their sweet and sour chicken. The dishes are often reimaginings of classic dishes, and contain only the freshest ingredients. A little pricey perhaps, but definitely worth it.
